Overview

WIN (What's Invisible Now) is DW Lingual Systems' customized lingual bracket system, manufactured exclusively in Germany to a tolerance of 1/1000 mm. Each bracket is individually fabricated to fit only the specific tooth for which it was made, with an ultra-flat profile to reduce tongue interference and speech disruption. Robotic wire bending produces 100% customized archwires for every patient. WIN competes directly with 3M's Incognito system and offers comparable customization with its own proprietary design. Clinical studies have directly compared WIN and Incognito for treatment duration and outcomes.

Mechanism of action

Same principle as all customized lingual systems: 3D digital setup defines target positions; bracket bases are individually computed for each tooth's lingual anatomy; bracket prescription is built into the base geometry. Robotically bent wires deliver precise segmental forces. The ultra-flat bracket profile minimizes tongue contact. Full-arch treatment addressing all teeth, bite, and skeletal components is possible.
