This appliance was designed collaboratively between Fernando (Clear Fusion Lab) and Dr. Yelizar to address a specific clinical gap observed in their shared caseload. The development process combined Dr. Yelizar's clinical observations about what existing habit appliances lacked with CFL's fabrication expertise and knowledge of available components. It represents the kind of appliance innovation that only happens when a lab and a clinician work closely together.
